A PLUS-SIZED fashionista has demanded "justice for bingo wings" as she urged others not to hide their bodies in the sunshine.
Poppy Adams, who splits her time between Essex and Edinburgh, regularly shares her shopping hauls and styling tips on TikTok (@poppyadams92).
Her clips encourage her fellow plus-sized fashion fans to step out of their comfort zone and try colourful, daring outfits.
In a recent video, the size 22 beauty stepped up her body positivity campaign as she told her followers their skin "deserves to feel the sunshine".
It comes as heatwaves continue to sweep across the UK.
Dressed in a strappy tiered maxi dress, Poppy said: "I’m going to the beach today.
"And this is your reminder that if your arms look like this you can still get them out.
"If they do this [jiggles arm], it doesn’t f***ing matter. It’s hot.
"Get your arms out.
"Don’t suffer in a cardigan ok. I’m talking to you.

One social media user said: "I wish my teenage self had role models like this. I spent so many years hiding under a cardi."
