“So stab your potatoes all over with a fork and neuk them in the microwave for 10 minutes.

“After 10 minutes, get them onto a baking tray, cover in oil, generous on the salt. Make sure they’re all nicely coated.

“Stick them in the oven now, 30 to 40 minutes.

“Medium heat pan, I’ve added half an onion and a load of thinly sliced pepperoni. If you want you could use chorizo.

“Let it go three to four minutes, add two cloves of garlic, let it go for another minute.

“And I’ve got this hot chilli con carne seasoning packet. Get that in there too and stir it all through.

“Full tin of tomatoes, two tins of haricot beans, and then half fill one of the tins with water and add that in there as well.

“Break up those tomatoes, and I’m just going to let this boil away on a really low heat until the jacket spuds are finished.

“You’ll notice it’ll start to thicken up nicely.

“Finish off with a little bit of salt and black pepper, and look at these spuds. Nice and crispy.

“Just going to cram it full of mozzarella, add a generous load of those spicey beans.

“Few optional jalapenos on there, and just look at the absolute state of this.”
