I'm a size 26 & my friend's a 12 – we tried on three summer dresses & were amazed how they looked on our different bods | The Sun

TWO women have shown what three summer dresses look like on their different figures.

Laura Adlington, who is a size 26, and her friend Lottie Drynan, who is a size 12, tried on the same frocks from Neon Rose to see what they look like on their different body shapes – and they're flattering on both of them.

In a clip shared to TikTok (@lauraadlington), Laura, who appeared on Great British Bake Off, begins: "Today, we're going to be showing you what different dresses look like on different bodies.

"Today, we've ordered from Neon Rose."

First up, the pair try on the 'Fruity Midi Dress' in yellow, which is available in sizes 8-16.

The tiered lemon-coloured frock features a summery fruity print, shirred top, elasticated puff sleeve detail and strappy back.

"I really like this," enthuses Lottie.

"I'm actually surprises at how much I like it."

Looking at Laura, she continues: "I would say the one thing for me is that I can't really wear a bra, but you've got one on and it looks fine."

While Lottie rates the dress a 6 or 7/10, Laura gives it a respectable 7.5.

Next up, the fashion fans try on the £42 'clementine midaxi dress in pink.

The frock has a square neck and features a tiered skirt and ruffle design.

As Laura steps in front of the camera singing 'Truly Scrumptious,' she quips: "I'm wearing my nan's curtain!"

Lottie adds: "Let's first address that mine has got no sleeves and yours comes with puff sleeves."

Laura admits: "I personally think yours look much nicer.

"I don't know why brands do that – I want to wear what everyone else wears."

Taking everything into consideration, Lottie scores the dress a 7, with Laura marking it a 6.

Finally, the pair try on the 'Theo Gingham Dress' in black, which retails at £42.

The round neck midi length smock dress features stunning strawberry embroidery detail and a tiered tie back.

"This is so cute," says Lottie, who rates the dress a 9.

"I love it on you, too!

"The only problem is the back situation – its got an elasticated back so it's super adjustable, however, you can't wear a bra.

But Laura, who gives it a five, says: "I want to love it, but for me, it's not quite right."

The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 48k views and several comments from fashion fans up and down the country.

"The pink colour looks so beautiful on you both," praised one.

A second commented": I really like these vids. Would love if you showed the backs of the dresses."
