AN exercise enthusiast has wowed with her jaw-dropping physique after overcoming challenges to stay fit in her fifties.

SusieQ (@sueover50) shared the grueling workout that helps to maintain her enviable figure while admitting that it isn’t easy to stay in shape.


She has garnered over 145,000 followers on TikTok where she shares her travels around the world and intense workout routine.

The glamorous 57-year-old took to the social media platform to reveal how she stays motivated.

She said: “Staying fit has its challenges. My body takes longer to recover.

SusieQ shared her back and shoulder workout which included Smith machine bent over rows and shoulder presses. 

She looked stylish in pink figure-hugging leggings and a white crop top while using a bandana to keep her hair out of the way. 

She said: “I feel so much better mentally and physically after my workouts that’s what keeps me motivated.”

She captioned the post with hashtags including #over50, #fitover50, #girlswholife, and #over50andfit.

The post racked up over 1,000 likes and a flood of comments from people gushing over her looks.

One person wrote: “You look fabulous.”

Another commented: “It does have a lot to do with motivation. You go girl.”

A third said: “So true but it is great to feel better, move better, and feel stronger afterward. Looking great is a plus too! Keep killing it!”

A fourth chimed in: “It does have a lot to do with motivation. You go girl.”

Another added: “You’re my inspiration I can’t lift heavy weights due to two hernia repairs. I’m 40 and want to tone up any recommendations?”

SusieQ replied: “It’s important to stay active with activities you can do like walking, cycling and find out if you can use bands instead of weights. I’m not sure.”

She followed up the post with a video encouraging her followers that it’s never too late to pick up a weight.

She donned a blue and white bikini as she flexed her muscles and played a viral voiceover in the background.  

The voiceover said: “You go to the gym and they say you’re obsessed. You don’t go to the gym and they say you’re skinny or fat.

“You eat bad food and they say you need to eat healthier. Eat healthier and they call you a healthy nut.

“You lift heavy and they call you an ego lifter. Lift light and they call you weak.

“You hide your physique and they say you are insecure, you show it confidently and they say you’re showing off.
