I'm midsize & tried Kim Kardashian's Skims bodysuit – it was so tiny, it looked like it was made for a newborn baby | The Sun

FINDING the perfect shapewear can sometimes prove daunting.

One midsize influencer shared her Skims shapewear experience with her followers, revealing that the bodysuit was so tiny it could have fit a baby.

The video starts with Gianna Alexis, a midsize fashion blogger, tearing open an unmarked package.

"I'm just hoping it's Skims," she said as she tore open the package, revealing the anticipated Skims bodysuit.

Alexis revealed that she bought the Skims bodysuit brief with snaps in the color 'Sienna' in a size small/medium.

The bodysuit retails on the Skims website for $62 and is often sold out in most sizes and colors.

"I've not really worn any of their shapewear," she said.

"I'm very excited to try this. It's going viral on TikTok right now," she added.

Yet when Alexis held the garment up to her midsize frame, it looked more like a child size small/medium than an adult size small/medium.

"If it doesn't fit on me I can always throw it on a newborn baby," she joked before trying on the famed shapewear.

Though it looked quite small out of the box, she was thrilled with how it looked on her body.

"This looks snatchy and so good. You could wear it alone!" Alexis raved.

Alexis showed what it looked like worn with a pair of black pants, demonstrating how much it sucked in her midsection with before and after shots.

"I don't notice a huge difference, obviously, in the pant size, but I can zip them easy," Alexis added.

In the comments section, one viewer asked: "Is it not see-through?"

"No," Alexis responded.

When another commenter asked if they ran big or small, Alexis replied that they were true to size but that she sized down to "feel more snatched."
