KING Charles has a vacancy for a very important job – but applicants need a specific skill.
The King is hiring a pilot to fly him and other senior royals around in a helicopter.
The successful applicant will take control of two Sikorsky S76 C++ choppers as a pilot and plan trips for The Firm.
The US-made helicopters can soar to a whopping 15,000 feet – half the height of a passenger plane – and travel at 170mph.
It can carry up to 12 passengers at full capacity as well as two pilots in the cockpit.
The permanent role – which will involve both pilot and co-piloting roles – offers a “competitive” salary with “benefits” being offered.

This will include a 15 per cent employer contribution pension scheme and 25 days’ annual leave.
The job will be based at RAF Odiham in North Hampshire – home of the UK's Chinook helicopters which provide rapid support for UK military operations around the world.
Job applicants will have to live within an hour’s drive of the base and be able to fly day and night.
The new pilot will join The King’s Helicopter Flight formerly known as The Queen’s Helicopter Flight – renamed after the death of Elizabeth II last month.

It is a small group of pilots who are in charge of flying the monarch and other members of the Royal Family on official engagements.
The base is also home to the Royal Air Force’s fleet of Chinook helicopters and provides critical, rapid support for UK military operations throughout the world.
The advert explains the helicopter team provide "the highest standard of helicopter service to Members of the Royal Family on official engagements".
Applicants will need to have “extensive flying experience”, pass a medical and ideally have experience of piloting the Sikorsky S76 C++.
And they will need to be a natural collaborator, have excellent communication skills and be confident working with a wide range of people.
It adds: “In addition to your flying duties you will undertake management tasks and other administrative duties, supporting the Director of Flight Operations.
