Hydration is key
According to the stunning parent, there are a few things to keep in mind but one of the main anti-ageing tips in staying hydrated at all times.
Making sure your water intake is on point – according to Mayo Clinic, you should aim for 2-3 litres of water a day – will help to maintain your skin's elasticity.
''People who drink large amounts of water are less likely to suffer from scars, wrinkles, and soft lines and they won't show as many signs of aging as those who drink little amounts of water,'' experts at Pure Luxe Medical explained.
