Woman who's already opened her Christmas beauty advent calendar to see what’s inside accused of spoiling the festive fun | The Sun

IT'S just 88 days until we're in December.

But some people just can't wait until then to crack open their advent calendars, as one woman proved when she admitted she's already opened hers to see what's inside.

Amy took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a picture of tonnes of Dove products on her floor.

Among them was several body lotions, bath products, hand cream and even a roll-on deodorant.

Alongside it, she wrote: "Dove advent calendar.. £19.99 home bargains slight increase to last year’s for £14.99 and has same items in."

And people were quick to slam her for getting stuck into the advent calendar too early.

As a third added: "You must be on Santa's naughty list now!!"

"Well I don't want one now I know what's in them!" another commented.

While others debated whether or not the advent calendar was worth the £19.99 it was priced as.

"Well worth £19.99….would cost well more than that if u brought them separately," one wrote.

"I don't understand the people saying they aren't worth it," another agreed.

"I mean the 2 bigger body creams cost nearly £6 in savers and those roll ons are now between £1.50-£2 plus the sprays are over £2.50 each.

"It's brilliant I am gonna get a couple just to use for now lol!"

"I think the point is that it’s gone up £5 from last year not that the items aren’t worth it," someone else replied.

"More the fact you're not getting anything extra for the £5 your paying."
