Katrina Leeder first shot to fame back in 1999, after appearing on the reality TV show, Airline.
The ITV show ran from 1998 to 2007 and followed the daily life of passengers, ground workers and flight crew of both Britannia Airways and EasyJet.
Check-in staff member Katrina was many customers’ first point of call when they came to the airport.
Katrina starred alongside supervisor Leo Jones and trouble-shooter Jane Boulton, among a number of other airline workers.
Her problem-solving manner gained her a legion of fans and she became one of the best-loved cast members.
The 48 year old is mum to twin daughters Freya and Clarissa, who she has raised as a single mum.
Sharing a picture with her twins on Instagram, Katrina wrote: "Happy Fathers day to all the daddy’s out there. I feel very blessed because i get two special days to celebrate being a parent.
"‘Mother’s Day’ and ‘Fathers Day’ – I am not gonna lie it has been tough at times trying to play both roles (due to their other parent choosing to not have contact with them) and sometimes i have felt i had to over compensate for this reason however waking up with them this morning and them greeting me with my cards with such beautiful words mean i am and have been doing a great job."
She added: "I love my 2 BIG babies so much. I am so forever grateful that i never missed a day of their lives and i am still here to see many more.
"To other mums bringing up their children solely with only one parent involved ‘Happy Fathers Day to you."
The former TV star also has a successful career in travel radio, where she puts her expertise to good use.
In 2018, Katrina appeared on This Morning alongside her former co-stars Leo and Jane 20 years after the show debuted on screen.
During the appearance, Katrina opened up about her ongoing cancer battle.
Rylan Clark asked the TV star how she was, leading Katrina to admit that she has continued to battle the disease a number of times.
She said: "I'm okay. On Airline you saw me have cancer number two. I’ve had it seven times now," she explained.
"I left Easyjet and had cancer again but I didn’t tell anybody, I kept it quiet. I lived a very private life and then unfortunately over all those years, I’ve had it seven times and lost seven organs but I’m still here."
Remaining positive, Catrina added: "I live each day. Every day is very precious for me and very important. I live each day as it comes and grasp what I can and every day I’m here, I bless those two girls [her daughters]. I live for them.."
Responding to a fan on Instagram who asked her if she kept in touch with the old EasyJet crew, Katrina replied: "Some of them yes."
