Cool down by making these own freezable treats at home with £1 Poundland mould | The Sun

STILL feeling the heat? Cool down by making your own freezable treats at home.

Simply grab a £1 mould from Poundland and follow the suggestions below.

There is no easier way to save your lolly . . . .

HEALTHY TREAT: Fruit juice lollies are an easy way to ensure everyone gets one of their five a day. Use cartons of sweet juices, such as apple or passionfruit (79p for 1L at Aldi), and mix before pouring into your mould.

Another option is to create smoothies from your favourite fruit and layer to create rainbow lollies.

For example, blend mango in one pot and strawberries in another.

Then pour one in the mould and freeze. Add the next layer in an hour for a treat that will look store-bought.

Or try the bourbonandhoney.com Aperol Spritz lolly.

Use the same ingredients as for the cocktail (Aperol, Prosecco and soda) and two cups of lemonade. Pour into moulds and freeze.
