A curve babe flaunted her natural tummy at the beach and said there was a chance of "nip slip" as she posed in a bikini.

Sophie Louise Hughes is known for sharing body positive advice with her over 39,000 Instagram followers.

In a recent post she proudly showed off her body in swimwear, and embraced the skin she's in.

She recently shared some candid snaps of herself soaking up the sun at the beach, and reminded people that every body is a bikini body.

Two pictures were posted side-by-side, and one showed her posing while the other revealed what she looks like when her body is relaxed.

When she sits naturally you are able to see her fuller tum more visibly, and she smiled as she showed off her belly creases in all their natural glory.

Looking radiant in the sunshine, she sipped on an iced coffee as she made the most of her time at the beach.

Writing on Instagram, Sophie said: "Iced coffee with a chance of a nip slip.

"Not once, not once on this trip have I put on a bikini and been cruel to my body.

"Not once have I poked or prodded at my bloated belly full of Bali beer and happy memories.

"Not once have I let my body confidence or lack of stop me from having a good time.

"But does that mean I’ll never have a bad body image day again? Sadly, no.

"The MOST important knowledge I can pass on to you is that developing a good relationship with your body is a journey, there is no end, there is no goal post, no destination if you will."

She also noted that having a "bad day" doesn't mean you've undone all your hard work.

A new day is always just around the corner, and she said people need to remember this.

"If you can be kind to your body for 5 minutes over time you’ll find you can do it for a whole week, a month, and before you know it 6 months will pass between bad days," she added.

"And it’s absolute heaven.

"It’s iced coffees on holiday and not giving a single s**t about which angle the photo is taken from.

"It’s meeting strangers and not once considering what they’re thinking of your body. It’s the ultimate freedom and it’s yours for the taking."

Since she showed off her fabulous curves hundreds of people have liked the post, and people thanked Sophie for opening up about body image.

It's clear she inspires so many other women to be themselves, and feel confident in their own skin.

One person commented: "Needed this today."

Another added: "You look so amazing."

Meanwhile, a third said: "Beautiful, and love this message."
