A fit gran turned up the temperature in her latest snap on Instagram.

The Australian personal trainer loves lifting weights and began her bodybuilding journey around 20 years ago.

Now Lesley has scooped over 30 bodybuilding titles and she often proves age is just a number.

And in a recent post on Instagram, the fitness goddess showed just that as she posed in a stunning bikini.

The blonde bombshell slipped into a pink number where she flaunted her toned and tanned abs.

Her six-pack abs took centre stage as she stood candidly on the beach in her hometown Melbourne.

Lesley loves a trip to the beach and usually delights fans with stunning snaps of her body.

She wrote: "Melbourne weather can change so quickly, but I managed to catch some sunshine today.

"Hope you had a lovely Sunday too!"

Fans rushed to leave a comment under Lesley's sexy snap, as many praised her for sharing the beautiful shot.

One eager fan said: "You look so fantastic and toned," while another follower added: "Beautiful."

A third admirer commented: "Hope you had a wonderful day."

This isn't the first time Lesley stripped to minimal clothing in an Instagram post.

Previously, she rocked lace lingerie as she flaunted her sexy figure.

And on another occasion, the Australian shared the secret to her jaw-dropping body.

Back in April, she wrote: "I must be thinking about what to have for dinner.

"Actually I don't have 'breakfast, lunch and dinner' but instead a series of meals throughout the day…

"I'm eating approximately five or six times daily."

She keeps her blood sugar levels steady plus she can eat enough protein when she does it that way.
