Inside Princess Eugenie’s mother-in-law’s incredible London home

According to reports,Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank aresplitting their time between Portugal and the UK after 36 year old Jack secured a job overseas.

The couple, who are parents to one year old son August, are thought to spend half of their time in each country asthey balance their personal and professional commitments.

But before making the move, the doting parents called Windsor and London their home, with businessman Jack even growing up in the capital.

In fact, Jack’s mother Nicola still lives in the South London property that she moved into with her late husband George and their family in 2001, according toThe Telegraph in 2018.

The period conversion can be found in a gated community in Wandsworth, near Battersea Park, making it an ideal place for the young family to enjoy fun-filled days out.

Similarly, with its gated entrance, the property is perfect for the royal pair if they ever wanted to visit with little August.

Like Nicola’s home, Jack and Eugenie’s former Ivy Cottage residence at Kensington Palace boasted a series of enhanced security measures.

The London property is entirely gated, is fitted with CCTV and featured areas that the public cannot access.

Any guests hoping to visit can expect to have their bags searched on occasion, too.

However, after Meghan and Harry stepped back as senior royals and moved to the US, Jack and Eugenie, 32, moved into their Frogmore Cottage home.

Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, had had the home renovated before moving in, making it the perfect pad for Eugenie and Jack to raise baby August in.

Located on the Queen’s Home Park in Windsor, the Grade-II listed home is believed to have five bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a nursery.

Eugenie, who is the granddaughter of the Queen and is 12th in line to the throne, often shares glimpses inside the stunning property on her Instagram.

Recently,Eugenie shared a snap of August’s nursery as she read him a story about sea creatures to mark World Oceans Day.

The cosy room featured classic taupe carpets and bright white walls, which gave the space a light and airy feel.

And to spruce up the nursery, a black and white geometric patterned rug was placed in the centre of the room.

Elsewhere,Princess Eugenie celebrated Father’s Day on Sunday 19 June by giving her followers a rare insight into her and Jack's life with their baby son.

One snap showed Jack sweetly playing with August in the family's living room and showed off the room’s lavish dark blue fireplace.

Like the nursery, the room featured an abstract patterned rug as well as a cream sofa that was covered in blue scatter cushions.
