Making up for lost time?
Tom Schwartz called “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss “cool as s–t” on Scheana Shay’s podcast just weeks before the pair reportedly hooked up.
In the July 22 episode of “Scheananigans,” Schwartz, 39, opened up about his divorce from Katie Maloney and revealed that their relationship may have caused him to overlook Leviss.
“I was so caught up in my own little world and I was married — I never took time to get to know Raquel,” Schwartz told Shay, 37.
“She was always cool. I just never really took [the] time to invest in her. That’s a horrible way to phrase it. I never really gave her a chance,” he said. “She has so much depth and character. I think I wrote her off.”
Schwartz’s comments came less than a month before he and Leviss, 27, allegedly made out at Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding in Mexico.
“Apparently there was some heavy drinking involved,” a source told US Weekly last week, adding, “They made out.”
The insider also claimed they heard “through the grapevine” that “more happened” between the co-stars, who had denied hooking up months earlier at Coachella.
When Shay asked Schwartz in her podcast if he would “make the rumors true,” the TomTom co-owner laughed before replying, “I don’t know what to say.”
According to Shay, Leviss was very interested in testing the waters with Schwartz.
“She made a comment the other night, we were talking about how this got brought up,” Shay said. “And she was like, ‘Yeah I haven’t made out with Schwartz … yet.’”
Maloney was also in Mexico during the time of the wedding and grabbed drinks with fellow reality stars, including James Kennedy — who was previously engaged to Leviss.
However, she never made it to the celebration as Shay’s now-husband claimed she was “uninvited.”
Schwartz and Maloney began dating in September 2010 and tied the knot in front of Bravo cameras in August 2016.
Maloney filed for divorce in 2022 saying “it was the hardest thing” she has had to do.
