A woman who can bend herself into a 'human pretzel' wowed fans with her super flexibility.
Not everyone is blessed with bendy limbs. Most of us even struggle to touch our toes without bending our knees, never mind a full split.
But for Miss Flexible Lilly, flexibility is second nature to the Welsh lass – it's in her name after all. The self-proclaimed "friendly pocket dragon" has racked up 65,000 TikTok followers thanks to her contortionist clips.

And one recent video certainly went down well with fans. In a clip that racked up thousands of views, the blonde bombshell mind-blowingly managed to bend herself into a 'human pretzel'.
The professional contortionist sat on a cushion on the floor as her legs were pulled under her arms and around the back of her body. Miss Lilly rested her feet behind her head as she cleverly held onto her thighs with her hands.
She stretched as she looked down to her crotch before she applied pressure to the floor and lowered herself towards her intimate area. Her feet then came forward as she demonstrated the salty snack-like move. Miss Lily then smiled as she came out of the position to an equally bendy move where she held her feet either side of her head.
"Warming up my snack," the flexibility enthusiast teased in the caption. As she continued to shape herself into a human pretzel, Miss Lily then joked: "Food prep time."
In awe of Miss Lilly and her body capabilities, many people fled to the comments to praise her.
"You are so inspirational," one person commented. Another user cheekily said: "Damn now I wanna pretzel."
While a third person voiced: "I wish I could do this, my sciatic hurts everyday."
Someone else naughtily asked: "Serious question for your fella 'what does that actually feel like pal you know what I mean'." And Miss Lily actually had an answer for the kinky question. Along with a laughing emoji, she expertly replied: "He said it feels f**k**g perfect mate."
