    Morning, United fans

Bayern Munich could beat United to Kim Min-Jae – but the Red Devils might usurp Chelsea over Andre Onana.

And with more talk of Sheikh Jassim taking over the club, there's speculation of bids for PSG strike stars Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.

Bayern are said to be nearing an agreement for Napoli's Kim.

The South Korean has been United's top defensive target for the past two transfer windows.

But it appears the Bundesliga champions have leapfrogged the Red Devils by racing advanced talks over signing the 26-year-old.

United are tipped to step up their hunt for a new keeper – with Inter Milan's Onana now rated a leading contender along with Brentford star David Raya.

But it's thought David de Gea will still stay to fight for the No1 Spot.

Chelsea are waiting to see if United up their £40million bid for Mason Mount.

And the Blues look set to end any hopes the Red Devils had of winning the race for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

    United 'give up' on Kane

Man Utd have moved away from their pursuit of Harry Kane as they feel Tottenham "never wanted to sell" to them.

The Red Devils have been heavily linked with England captain Kane, 29, for several months as he prepares to enter the final 12 months of his Spurs contract.

In recent weeks, Real Madrid have joined the race to sign the Lilywhites' all-time record scorer.

And according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, United are now "looking at other options" as they search for a new striker.

The report states negotiations between Man Utd and Tottenham are "not advancing at all" and that Erik ten Hag's men believe Spurs "never wanted to sell Kane to them".

United are also unwilling to become embroiled in a "two-month saga".

Nwaneri expected to leave Arsenal for Prem rivals

Arsenal prodigy Ethan Nwaneri is in danger of being poached by Premier League rivals, according to reports.

The attacking midfielder made history for the Gunners when he made his Premier League debut last September.

Aged just 15 years and 181 days, he became the league's youngest ever player in his short cameo against Brentford.

But fast forward to June and his Emirates future is now far from certain.

According to The Athletic, there are "serious doubts" Nwaneri will sign a new deal at Arsenal.

His schoolboy registration with the Gunners ends this month, and three Prem rivals are competing for his services.

Chelsea, who previously poached Omari Hutchinson from the North London outfit, are one of the main parties interested.

Manchester City are said to be very keen too, while Manchester United are also reportedly in the race.

    United 'to HIJACK' Onana transfer

Chelsea could reportedly see their move for Inter Milan keeper Andre Onana HIJACKED as Manchester United enter the transfer race.

The Blues are in the market for a new stopper as ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino prepares for his reign at Stamford Bridge.

And Cameroonian Onana has emerged as Chelsea's No1 target between the posts.

But, according to The Guardian, they face competition from United who are looking for someone to rival David de Gea.

The Spaniard suffered dips in form last season but he looks set to sign a new deal on the contract which expires this month.

De Gea is even ready to take a pay cut of around 50 per cent of the current £375,000-a-week wages he has.

Everton's Jordan Pickford is among the other names linked with United.

Brighton could now demand much more for Caicedo, with several clubs – including Chelsea and Manchester United understood to be interested.

How Man Utd could line up under new Qatari owners

Man Utd could be set for a summer of blockbuster transfers as their Qatari takeover grows nearer.

Club legend Rio Ferdinand claimed on Thursday that the announcement of Sheikh Jassim as the Red Devils’ new owner was “imminent”.

And that £5.5billion takeover is set to bring with it an influx of cash for Erik ten Hag to spend in the summer transfer window.

Man Utd have been linked with a host of names already as they look to do business to bolster their squad.

But a handful of names have stuck out as the ones supporters are keen to keep an eye on.

They include Paris Saint-Germain duo Kylian Mbappe and Neymar – both of whom have made noises about a potential departure from the French capital.

Porto keeper Diogo Costa has been mooted as a possible replacement for David de Gea in between the sticks.

Napoli centre-back Kim Min-jae is another name who appears to be in line for a switch to Old Trafford.

And Chelsea’s Mason Mount has been linked with a move.

    United takeover 'imminent'

Wannabe Manchester United owner Sheikh Jassim has set up a UK Holding – fuelling talk that he will win the race to buy the club.

Jassim is one of two directors of a firm called Nine Two UK Holdings that was incorporated today and registered at Companies House.

All 100 shares in the new UK company are held by Nine Two Holdings LLC in Doha.

In February, the Qatari banker announced his bid would be carried out through the Nine Two Foundation, a reference to United’s famous Class Of ‘92 academy players that included David Beckham.

United fans desperate for Jassim to beat Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the Ineos Group to the takeover will hope it is a sign of all the pieces falling into place.

The Doha-based billionaire is thought to have bid more than £5.5billion to take full control of United.

The day only got worse for the North London club as The Hammers announced Man City, Chelsea and Man Utd have all declared their interest in the England international.

One thing is for sure, the second bid will be nowhere near Chelsea's £70m valuation of a player with 12 months remaining on his contract.

    United legends leads player tributes

Bryan Robson has spoken about the tragic news that former Man Utd defender Gordon McQueen has passed away:

Gordon was one of the best centre-backs I had the privilege of playing with. He was strong and brave, and ahead of his times in being a defender who could play out from the back and contribute as much in attack as he did in defence. Most importantly, though, he was a brilliant person with a huge heart. He lit up any room he walked into, and that’s how he should be remembered. We send our love and deepest condolences to Yvonne, Hayley, Anna, Eddie and all the McQueen family.
