GUTI has insisted that Vinicius Jr is the best player in the world at the moment over Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland.

The Real Madrid legend has heaped praise on the Brazilian winger for his ability to beat a defender.

Guti, 46, also has backed the current Madrid star to go on to be a "god of football" is he can improve his final ball.

He told El Chiringuito: "It's incredible…his current form.

"It's crazy the fear he puts into defenders and how easy it is for him to dribble one way, another way.

"When he has a bit more consistency with his final pass, he's going to be a god of football."
