ATOMIC Kitten singer Jenny Frost looked completely different to her days in the band as she posed in her bikini.
The 44-year-old, who now lives in Ibiza, shared a candid snap of herself looking very tanned following her holiday as she opened up about making some changes in her life.
The star, who now has a boho inspired look, told her followers: “In hindsight I’m not sure a brown crepey bikini is a good choice when your stomach is brown & crepey 😂 #magda
“Anyway – back from the most amazing holiday,feeling very grateful but like I need to get my butt in gear.”
She revealed she was starting some new exercise classes, explaining: “I’ve been unable to work out because of a knee injury but in reality I think it’s been half an excuse – I’m just going to work around it.
“Started to see/feel the benefits from taking peptides everyday from @dean.e.henry 💪🏽💉 Been having GHK-Cu (copper) for 6 weeks for my skin,can really see the difference in my scar & just started Epithalon for general health & longevity.

The singer is a resident of Ibiza and now calls the White Isle her home.
Jenny shares her Spanish idyll with husband Vicente Juan Spiteri and their twin daughters Blake and Nico.
The singer’s son, Caspar, from a previous relationship, also lives with the family in the beautiful villa.
She rose to fame when she replaced Kerry Katona in Atomic Kitten in 2001.
