BBC Breakfast fans swoon over Naga Munchetty's 'stunning' replacement | The Sun

BBC Breakfast fans swooned over Naga Munchetty's 'stunning' replacement.

Long-running BBC journalist Naga has been reading the news early in the morning since August of 2010, but has been absent from the show.

Her stand-in came in the form of Tina Daheley, who is best known as the voice of the news on The Radio 2 Breakfast Show with Zoe Ball.

But as she took to the iconic red sofa, fans were very impressed with her charisma.

BBC Breakfast viewers couldn't help but take to social media to demand they see more of the star in action.

One viewer asked: "Dear @BBCBreakfast can we see more of @TinaDaheley on the red sofa please."

A fourth fan exclaimed: "The lovely Tina Daheley. Looking as SEXY as ever. GORGEOUS from head to toe!"

Another viewer enquired: "@TinaDaheley The dress you are wearing today (Friday 26th May) is simply stunning. Any clues as to where I might buy one please?"

This comes after Naga Munchetty was 'missing' from yesterday's edition of BBC Breakfast after revealing her chronic health battle.

The flagship programme aired as normal as Charlie Stayt brought viewers the latest news.

BBC journalist Tina Daheley brought glam to the show this morning as she joined Charlie, 60.

No explanation was given for Naga's non appearance although the anchor has been missing shows recently.

She typically presents with Charlie on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

It comes after Naga spoke about the 'chronic pain' she experiences.

She has gone public with her condition after her husband was forced to call an ambulance over the weekend as a result of a severe flare-up.

Naga said yesterday of her heartbreaking ordeal: "The pain was so terrible I couldn't move, turn over, sit up. I screamed non-stop for 45 minutes."
