THE BBC have come under fire after their new show Boat Story was hit by hundreds of complaints from furious viewers.
Boat Story, which hit our screens earlier this month, follows the story of two people who decided to sell cocaine after finding it on a boat.
However things don't go to plan when they try to profit from the illegal substance.
They have run ins with the police, hit men and a very scary gangster.
But people watched the new six-part series at home weren't very pleased with the amount of violence in it.
114 people went to the BBC complaints service to share their concerns after they ‘switched off’ after one episode.

They slammed the Beeb for ‘awful’ gory murders that ‘went too far’.
Many took to X to share how they felt about the show.
One said on the social media platform: "Turned over from Boat Story on BBC. I've given it long enough. Awful."
Another added: "Sorry not very original – and yes the violence is gratuitous. All been done before as in Stephen Merchant’s Outlaws – drugs stolen, drug gangs pursue culprits and violent deaths ensue. Switched off sadly!"

A third tweeted: "That’s me done with #BoatStory. To just go in to a police station and shoot people was too far for me."
Daisy Haggard plays Janet in the show.
Speaking to the BBC about her character in Boat Story, Daisy said: "Janet is somebody who at the heart, is a really good person.
"She's kind, but she's had a really tough time.
"As we start the show, she plummets to her lowest ebb, and she's placed in a situation where she makes a decision that I don't think she would have made at another point in her life.
"She's at rock bottom, she's forced into a situation where a decision comes out of her that she otherwise wouldn't have made."
Paterson Joseph plays Samuel.
Speaking to the BBC about the Boat Story, Paterson said: "I think that this story will divide a lot of viewers in the sides they take.
"Initially of course they're on the sides of the two main characters, Janet and Samuel, because they think these guys are desperate and this money is there.
"But they must consider that the morality of it is a bit skewed. They should really call the police and they don't.
"The consequences are some very bad people come after these two innocent people who have no idea how to deal with mobsters and drug runners."
