EastEnders' Cindy's cruel con against Ian revealed as she still loves George?

Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) has always been unbelievably conniving in EastEnders, and it seems that coming back from the dead has done little to change that.

It was revealed in tonight’s (June 22) highly anticipated episode that Cindy and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) have rekindled their romance, despite the tiny fact that she tried to have him killed back in the 90s.

The end of the episode saw Cindy taking a trip down memory lane, as she looked at old photos of her and Ian.

Once Peter Beale (Thomas Law) had left her to it, Cindy pulled out another photograph, this time of her other family, the Knights.

Despite initially dismissing Ian’s idea to move back to Albert Square, Cindy eventually changed her mind, but not before Ian had seen a video from the Queen Vic’s father’s day karaoke event.

Having seen that George and the girls had taken up residence in Ian’s former local boozer, his jealousy got the better of him once again, as he admitted to Cindy that he’d changed his mind about returning.

If Cindy is conning Ian, is he already onto her?

You never can tell with these two…
