Emmerdale fans have issued a warning to soap bosses after Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) ended her fling with her ex David Metcalfe's (Matthew Wolfenden) son Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant).
The pair have been growing closer over the past few week and it did not take long before sparks started flying between the pair while Jacob’s adoptive father David – who is Victoria's ex-boyfriend – remained blissfully ignorant. The duo have taken any chance they can to take part in a steamy romp session but they were caught in the act earlier this week.
David was out for his birthday – which meant the house was free. Jacob invited Victoria round and they soon got down and dirty.Despite almost getting caught by David, the pair thought they had gotten away with it. However Victoria realised she had lost her a bracelet, and it was one that David had gotten her from when they were together.

Along with Jacob, Victoria frantically tried to find the accessory before David came home. Luckily, they managed to find the bracelet in question and soon locked lips during some passionate PDA. However, the pair had no idea that they were being watched the whole time. A gobsmacked David, who was on his way home, caught them snogging from the outside.
Matthew confronted Victoria during Wednesday's (November 29) episode, he said: "You were just biding your time until he got a little bit older so you didn’t end up in prison with Maya." "You’re disgusting," replied Victoria.
"No that’s you," David hit back. "Who you are and what you’ve done with my son. He’s got his whole life ahead of him. He’s at university that’s rammed with girls his own age, girls that are going places. Not some low rent burger flipper with a kid in tow. You’re rubbish at your job and you almost killed him."
"That’s enough abuse," said Victoria as David told her: "Oh says the woman sleeping with her stepson. Abused by Maya, his next girlfriend Maya, he doesn’t know what he wants. But I know what he’s not going to get – you. You end this, right now." Victoria was devastated by David’s abuse and it really got to her so she decided to end things – devastating Jacob.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "Thank god that's over. Never, ever bring this back again." Another added: "Thank god for that now." A third person said: Thank god Victoria has dumped Jacob." A fourth social media user agreed: "Finally they are over."
Other fans were left disgusted by David’s cruel actions. One wrote on social medioa: "So that'll be the low rent burger flipper who you're still obsessed with then David?" A second said: "Bloody hell David, that’s harsh! #emmerdale." Another added: "David’s turned into a nasty piece of c**p!"
