GEORGE Clarke has announced he will be hosting a brand new property show on Channel 4 with an emotional theme -and here's how you can apply.
The architect and presenter took to Instagram to share the exciting news with his followers.
George, 49 told fans he is currently looking for people "planning dramatic builds" or "emotional renovations" in their homes.
He captioned the lengthy post: "In a brand-new Channel 4 series, I am looking for people planning dramatic builds or emotional renovations, in the places they used to call home. From repairing wrecks linked to childhood memories to returning to family roots, I want to help those taking the biggest gamble of their lives, for the best reason…the chance to go home."
He told fans how they could apply to be on his new show.

The Channel 4 presenter and architect, 49, features on the broadcaster every week with his renovation series.
The show focuses on people who are snapping up weary and run-down properties, typically with a long history.
George brings his knowledge and expertise to the show by designing the property owner's dream house within their budget.
It comes after the Channel 4 host was slammed by fans in August after he showed off his second home in Ibiza.

George told his 220,000 followers how he had recently had the glass in all of his windows replaced "to the highest specification" to make his property more ecological.
He told: "Every single external window and door has been replaced to the highest specification.
"This is all part of my grand plan that is making the house as ecological as possible. Air source heat pump and solar panels are going in next."
Fans flooded his comments section as they told the presenter how some people can barely afford one house.
