Helen previously broke her silence on her new assets, telling fans that she "got her confidence back" following the surgery.
The clip comes just months after Helen called time on her 13-year relationship with ex-Celtic ace Scott Sinclair.
The pair started dating in 2009 and were planning to marry before their break-up.
Helen – famous for playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street – singled out Celtic as the club she likes most from her time as a football Wag.

Sharing an adorable snap of her daughter in a Celtic strip, she wrote: "I am proud of everything Scott has achieved. I did really love Celtic, I did a lot with the other girls there.
"The girls absolutely love watching daddy watching their daddy play for @official_brfc it's hard to move children around when they start school."
