HELEN Flanagan showed off her secret boob job in tight workout gear as she posed for a mirror selfie with her daughter Delilah.
The former Coronation Street star went under the knife to alter her chest back in January.
Helen, 32, recently showed off her boobs in a tight sports top and shorts in an Instagram snap.
The actress was joined by her girl Delilah, who she shares with her ex Scott Sinclair.
Helen captioned the post: "Football mornings," with a butterfly emoji.
The mum-of-three told earlier this year how the surgery was in a bid to feel "more confident" after going from an E-Cup to a B-Cup, and claiming her boobs were "saggy."
Since then Helen has loved showing off her new boobs.
Just yesterday she looked absolutely amazing in a low cut little black dress.
The I'm A Celeb star enjoyed the sunny weather as she donned a plunging summer gown.
Helen took to her social media as she posted several stories showing off the dress.
