RITA Ora is seen screaming as she pushed out of a plane by Bear Grylls in a spoiler for a new TV show.
The 32-year-old is the latest star to take part in Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge.
In a clip ahead of tonight's episode, the Anywhere singer is quite literally thrown in at the deep end when she and Bear, 49, take on a 15,000ft sky dive before landing in the Valley of Fire in Nevada.
Once there Bear teaches Rita how to navigate unknown terrain, find water and even prepare a pigeon dinner over a campfire.
Rita's episode airs on Sunday 13 August National Geographic and is available to watch on Disney+.
Her time with Bear in Nevada is a stark contrast to what Rita has been up to over the last year.

Rita asked him to marry her while they were on holiday in Palm Springs in the summer of 2022 and they got married a few weeks later on August 4.
