JAMES Argent showed off his slimmer look on ITV's Lorraine today as he revealed his new career singing with The Arg Band.
The ex Towie star chatted to Lorraine Kelly about his new lease of life after losing weight and overcoming his demons.
Two years ago Arg nearly died from a cocaine overdose and stints in rehab followed.
Last year he had a gastric band operation and shed an incredible 14 stone.
"At the moment I’m going to sleep excited for the next day and I’m waking up positive and full of energy," he said.
"I just have to make sure I don’t get too complacent or carried away.
"And I have to remember where I was before and keep working."

The ex Towie launched The Arg Band earlier this year after leaving ITVbe show The Only Way Is Essex.
"I never wanted to be a pop star I've always wanted to be a wedding singer," he said.

Arg performed Bob Marley's Hit I Want To Make You Sweat, and Van Morrison's Brown Eyed Girl.
He told Lorraine: "Coming and performing with The Arg Band live on Lorraine, this is as good as it gets.
"We’ve got the saxophone, we’ve got everything. It’s a celebration."
