KIM Kardashian has shown off her real complexion while going makeup-free for a facial.
The 41-year-old reality star displayed her skin texture without any cosmetics or filters in a video on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday.
Kim explained that she went straight to her facialist to get some pampering in after a busy week of "glam" during Milan Fashion Week.
The Kardashians star – who has been accused of photoshopping her face in the past – showed off her real skin texture as she lay back and received a facial.
She captioned the clip: "Straight from the plane had to hit up @drghavami for a facial and refresh from a week straight of glam."
The mother-of-four drew plenty of attention with her bold fashion and makeup looks in Milan.

Her children also joined her in Milan and attended the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show, which the mother-of-four curated.
North, nine; Saint, six; Chicago, four; and Psalm, three, who Kim shares with her ex-Kanye West, 45, rocked head-to-toe looks from the designer to support their mother's big night.
But it was Kim's youngest daughter Chicago's outfit that raised eyebrows as she donned a black bodysuit with rhinestones along the front in the shape of a corset.
Chicago channeled her mother's style who recently stepped out for a walk in Milan, Italy, in a black bodysuit with rhinestones around the sleeves.

Some fans were unhappy with Chicago's outfit and complained it was too mature for the toddler.
"Something about Chi's outfit ain't sitting right with me," one wrote.
Another added: "I think it reeks of exploitation. This is not a children-friendly environment. The outfit is some rhinestone thing made to heavily suggest a bustier…on a child."
KIM'S HEARTBREAK
Kim recently split from her Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson, 28, following nine months of dating.
Sources claimed Kim broke up with Pete in August because she was "totally exhausted" by his "immaturity" and their 13-year age gap.
The mother-of-four took a brutal swipe at her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson during her recent appearance on James Corden's show, admitting that the kind of men she goes for "clearly doesn't work" for her.
The SKIMS founder said: "I just want to chill for a minute, I think I need some time to myself.
"But I think my next route will… I feel like I have to go to different places. Clearly, it's not working, whatever I'm doing."
