LOVE Island star Tink Reading breaks down in tears in an emotional Instagram video reflecting on a devastating relationship split.
The pint-sized reality star's life has been turned on its head over the past 12 months from heartbreak to fun, sun and fame.
Sharing a montage video beginning with her lowest ebb to the highlights of life post-Love Island, Tink, 26, wrote: "Healing girl era. The past 12 months has been nothing short of a whirlwind. But around 6 months ago I vouched that I would never let myself get to the point or be the girl from the first clip EVER again. I’d be lying if I said I didn't have blips or moments but I can honestly say I’m the happiest I’ve been in a very long time.
"I’ve had the summer of a lifetime, constantly meeting new people and putting myself out my comfort zone everyday. You really do not know whats round the corner and what life has in store for you."
"For anyone who’s been through or going through heartbreak, whether that be through a relationship ending, losing a loved one, friendships ending, health issues…
"I promise you time is the biggest healer. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be & LIFE MOTTO – we only get one go round, no do overs! So just live."

Though she's still single, Tink hasn't been short of offers and some have been very high profile.
In an interview on Fubar Radio, Tink claimed a Real Madrid player had even slid into her DMs, though stopped short of naming him.
“I’ve had a few blue ticks in the DMs. It’s more like footballers and stuff really… It’s not Premier League football," she teased.
"It’s not a UK team.
"The thing is if I say the team and you think of English people on the team it’s going to be obvious."
Tink then confirmed: "It’s Real Madrid.”
