LOVE Island's Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about the holiday horror she suffered with Tommy Fury.
The reality TV star, 23, explained she lost "five litres of blood" on a luxury break to Switzerland.
Molly explained in her recent YouTube video: "When I was in the room by myself I ended up having a nosebleed like I've never, ever had before.
"It was quite a sight. I think I maybe lost about five litres of blood, it was flipping horrendous.
Referring to her boxer boyfriend – and Love Island co-star – Molly-Mae went on: "I sent him a picture of me in the room like: 'Tommy you need to come back to the room right now, look at the state of me.
"I'd soaked towels and towels of blood. He came running up the stairs and he helped me, which was good."

She later showed fans the blood-stained pyjamas she had on during the incident, saying she had no choice but to wear them again.
Molly explained: "These are the pyjamas which I'm having to wear while I'm away. This is the massacre from yesterday."
Tommy and the YouTube star sparked rumours they were about to get engaged on the loved-up trip.
The pair took the holiday with Molly's older sister Zoe, who works in the military medical corps, and her fiancé Danny Rae.

But when they shared a picture of them at the top of a mountain, some thought Tommy had proposed.
One follower wrote: "For a second I thought this was an engagement announcement."
Another replied with a smile: "Not me zooming in on her hand looking for a ring 😂."
Back in June the pair fuelled rumours about a possible wedding by trying on a £222,000 engagement ring.
