The media personality is not the only famous face imposing rules in their property.

Former Towie star Mark Wright and wife Michelle Keegan are putting the finishing touches to their country mansion after more than a year of hard graft.

Mark told how he'll be taking the utmost care of the property.

He filmed tradesman laying the brand new carpet last night and said: "This is when it feels like a proper home."

Once the underlay was down and the carpet was rolled out, he continued: "The colour is revealed… and this is why if you come to this house you will never be wearing shoes, or socks, you'll be washing your feet.

"Basically pure white with a little hint of cream, and the best thing about this, this is eco-friendly, recycled from the ocean. Absolutely beautiful, over the moon."

Bit by bit, Mark has unveiled finished parts of the property on Instagram while Michelle films her new BBC series in Australia.
