Michael Weatherly rewatches an old NCIS episode
NCIS’ Tony DiNozzo actor Michael Weatherly took to Twitter to share a sweet moment between him and his young daughter.
The CBS actor celebrated his 55th birthday with his beloved family and couldn’t help but share a cute picture on the day.
The photo sees him relaxing on a sofa in the garden with his 11-year-old daughter Olivia playing with her dad’s hair.
He simply captioned it: “And just in case I forgot to tell you how much I loved my birthday…”.
This, of course, prompted some of his 460,000 followers to send him birthday wishes, as well as floods of compliments aimed at his daughter.

One Tweeter wrote: “Looks like it was a great way to celebrate your birthday, glad you had an enjoyable day.”
A second posted: “So glad you had an amazing birthday. Your Olivia is growing into a beautiful young lady!”
While a third agreed: “What a sweet pic! I hope you enjoyed your birthday with your beautiful family & you were surrounded by happiness & love”.
Another said how Olivia was “growing up way too fast” and added “miss you on television”.

Weatherly is a father-of-two to both Olivia, 11, and son Liam, nine, who he shares with his wife Bojana Jankovic.
The couple met back in 2007 at a bar in Vancouver and went on to tie the knot two years later, before having their children.
Talking to People magazine about the first time they met in 2010, Weatherly said: “I kept looking out of the corner of my eye and seeing this ravishing, gorgeous beauty.”
He added to the outlet: “We made eye contact. And that was it.”
For months, there has been rumors circulating on social media of Weatherly potentially returning to NCIS.
Although neither he nor CBS has confirmed this, he has been hinting for quite some time now that it could be in the pipeline.
On New Year’s Day, Weatherly tweeted: “Happy New Year! It’s time to look at time and enjoy the moment!”
This prompted one fan to reply: “We all would rather look at you and Ziva reuniting and enjoying that moment.”
And to everyone’s surprise, he teased: “Stay tuned… for this might be an interesting year for such ‘moments’!”
So a comeback could very well be on the cards at some point in the near future.
