PREGNANT Charlotte Crosby has been seen enjoying a final date with her boyfriend Jake after joking she feels "minutes away" from birth.
The Geordie Shore star took to her Instagram on Wednesday night as she and her boyfriend Jake Ankers headed to The Shard in London.
The couple – who are soon set to welcome their first baby – sat down for a swanky meal at Hutong for their "last date night" as a pair.
Charlotte, 32, and Jake got all dressed up for their final night out before becoming parents, posing for a number of snaps together.
The reality TV star revealed her blossoming baby bump in a tight-fitting blue jumper dress, which she paired with nude high heels.
Charlotte let her long blonde locks trail down her chest, as she opted for a minimal palette of make-up and simple gold jewellery.

Meanwhile, beau Jake wore dark chequered trousers, a black t-shirt and reflective trainers as he posed with Charlotte on his lap.
The soon-to-be mum-of-one went on to share snaps of their delicious dinner, as well as herself sipping on a non-alcoholic drink.
"OUR VERY LAST DATE NIGHT BEFORE PARENTHOOD," Charlotte captioned the post. "Can I have appreciation for the heels please.
"39 weeks and literally still in the heels. What a gorgeous surprise, thank you Jake for just absolutely everything. I love you so much.

"We are on our final date night and it's so romantic," Charlotte went on to say in an Instagram stories update during the evening.
"It literally feels like we are minutes away from having our daughter, all of our friends and family have been trying to guess the weight."
Charlotte and Jake went on to spend the night together at the Shangri-La hotel in the Shard, in a spacious and luxurious room.
It comes after Charlotte broke down in tears as she revealed her pregnancy side-effects that were leaving her emotional.
Sharing a clip from her bath, Charlotte said: "I realise I'm in the bath and I've had to put a filter on because I look so bad, but I have gotten so emotional.
"My hormones are all over the place for obvious reasons.
"But the clip I just posted about the episode of Geordie Shore – just got so emotional because I feel so lucky."

With tears streaming down her face, she continued: "To have been a part of the Geordie Shore reunion and got to have sit with all of the faces that I started the show with, I never thought…"
She went on: "I tried to compose myself but I'm really struggling because I think as you can all imagine just the slightest little emotional thing just tips me over the edge and the clip, I just posted was so emotional.
