Darts pro Phil Taylor has thrown his hat in the ring to be a contestant on next year's I'm A Celebrity.
The 64-year-old sportsman is considered to be one of dart's best players of all time after winning 214 professional tournaments. Nicknamed The Power, Phil dominated darts for over two decades.
But now the star is longing to turn his attention to something completely different as reports claim he's desperate to take part in next year's series of I'm A Celeb. Phil admitted that he would love to take on the creepy challenges in the Australian jungle and said he didn't notice anything that he "couldn't do" on this year's show.

Talking to the Sports Betting Community's OLBG blog, he said: "Yeah, I’d be open to it. We’ve got to talk, obviously."
He then added: "I know they’re not going to put anything in there that’s going to hurt you. I know you can get bitten, and something can go up your nose or whatever but we’ll just have to see." The sportsman then confessed that he would quite enjoy it.
Phil also shared that he wouldn't start arguments in the celebrity jungle as he usually has disagreements when he's had a drink. He also believes the lack of food wouldn't be a problem too.
Rumours began to swirl around Phil's I'm A Celebrity spot back in 2017. The news came after he hung up his arrows at the PDC World Darts Championships at Alexandra Palace in London.
Previously, the darts star said: "I would do the jungle. Strictly I am not sure, though it would do me the world of good as it would get me fit. I have been asked to do the jungle but was always busy."

Earlier this week, fans of the hit ITV show believed they had "worked out" who the first star of I'm A Celebrity's 2024 series will be. The latest season only just wrapped up with Sam Thompson being crowned as this year's winner.
But eagle-eyed viewers think singer and TV presenter Rochelle Humes could be lining up for a stint in the jungle next year.
When hosts Ant and Dec asked fans who they would like to see in the show next, Rochelle, who watched her husband Marvin in the jungle this year, seemed to be popular with fans. This gave viewers at hint that her popularity could soon see her appear on the show.
