The year is 2035 and government interference has reached a new level.

Dreams and reality begin to blur when tax auditor James Preble (co-director Kentucker Audley) inspects the nocturnal fantasies of an elderly inventor (Penny Fuller).
There’s a conspiracy and a love story but the film isn’t really interested in plot.
