TOWIE’s Ella Rae Wise slams above their station co-stars who didnt stay grounded

Ella Rae Wise has accused some of her co-stars on The Only Way Is Essex of getting 'above their stations' and forgetting to stay grounded since rising to prominence on the show.

The reality star, 22, has made a name for herself since joining the ITVBe series four years ago at just 18 years old, garnering 282K Instagram followers and going on to star is other reality shows such as Celebrity Ex On The Beach.

But keeping true to her roots, the former hairdresser lives just ten minutes from her family home and enjoys quality time with her tight-knit clan – stressing the importance of remaining humble.

Talking with OK! this week, Ella couldn't quite say the same for her fellow co-stars: "I think that I find it very easy to be myself, but there are a few people on there [TOWIE], not naming names, who get a bit above their station.

"At the end of the day, if that makes you feel better then do that but for me, I can switch on my public life and personal life. It’s very important to keep yourself grounded because don’t know what could get taken away in an instant, it’s about morals."

Ella continued: "I have my group outside of the public eye, we're all still really close and they're all normal. They've got boyfriends and homes and they've settled down.

During the chat, Ella also admitted that she finds it tough to know who who is genuine in the industry: "Sometimes it's not like 'what you see is what you get', sometimes people are just friends with you because it benefits them.

She's had her fair share of drama on the reality show, clashing with co-star Chloe Brockett multiple times since joining the show the same year as one another.

Ella and Chloe were involved in a shocking nightclub brawl in April, with rumours circulating that the latter attempted to throw an ice bucket over Ella, only to miss and hit someone else, during the altercation.

A witness who was on a night out at Soho venue The Perception Bar with friends told The Sun: “Chloe and Ella were rowing and it turned nasty.

“We saw Chloe throw an ice bucket at Ella but it missed and hit another woman. She was seriously bleeding.

In scenes which aired last month, pal Junaid Ahmed was seen getting emotional as he was caught in the crossfire between Chloe and Ella as he attempted to help resolve their issues.

Confiding in Jordan Brook, Junaid breaks down after trying to 'be friends with everyone, sharing: "It just hurts because the last two days I’ve felt to s*** and I’ve felt so on my own. I’ve never felt like this.”

TOWIE airs Sundays at 9pm on ITVBe and ITVX
