R&B singer and actress Halle Bailey sings “Part of Your World” in the first teaser for The Little Mermaid.
Bailey of Chloe x Halle stars as Ariel in Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of the beloved 1989 animated musical, The Little Mermaid, which will be released on May 26, 2023.
The movie also stars Javier Bardem, Awkwafina, Jacob Tremblay, Jonah Hauer-King and Melissa McCarthy.
Director Rob Marshall said the new version will feature four new songs.
Last July, Bailey announced that the filming for the movie had wrapped. She had shared a photo of herself sitting in the ocean against a sunset.
