Amy Dowden has left fans teary-eyed after sharing a photo of the sweet 'get well soon' card her former celeb dance partner Tom Fletcher's son made for her.
Nine-year-old Buzz, the son of the Mcfly star and Giovanna Fletcher, created an adorable homemade card to give to the dancer as she continues her battle with stage three breast cancer.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 33, received the news she had breast cancer back in May and has been keeping her followers updated on her journey ever since.
Amy posted a snap of herself cuddled up to Tom and Giovanna as she shared a snippet of her fun evening with them and thanked them for being the "best company."
Amy took to her Instagram page on Friday to share a glimpse at her time with the Fletchers.
Posting a sweet selfie of the three of them as well as a look at the adorable card from Buzz, Amy wrote: "LOVED spending time with the beautiful Fletchers last night!
"Non stop chatting (from me) lots of tea, food and just the BEST COMPANY! Bloody love you guys!"
Buzz's homemade card for Amy read: "To Amy, we love you! Keep dancing! Get well soon. From Buzz!"
Fans in the comment section were reduced to tears by the adorable message from the little one.
One user wrote: "Oh that card," followed by a crying face emoji.
Another shared: "I’m in bits with this card."
A third added: "Buzz's card just brought tears to my eyes, bless him, what a Sweetheart, I agree with him though, Get Well Soon, We All Love You."
Amy danced with McFly star Tom in the 2021 series of Strictly and became good friends with the Fletchers, even joining them on a fundraising trek for breast cancer charity CoppaFeel!, which Giovanna is an ambassador for.
The Welsh ballroom and Latin star underwent a single mastectomy in June and has gone on to have five rounds of chemotherapy to treat her cancer.
In September, Amy emotionally revealed that she had decided to shave her head amid continued chemotherapy.
She explained that it was the "hardest step so far" as she let some of her family cut some of her hair before a hairdresser shaved the remainder off.
Amy previously opened up on how her first and second cycles of chemo ended up with emergency hospital stays and life-threatening complications. First she suffered from sepsis and secondly with blood clots.
But, despite her ongoing cancer journey, Amy has admitted that she still has dreams of dancing on the Strictly dance floor again.
During the launch show in September, the Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers and judges performed a dance in honour of their "Welsh dragon" Amy.
