AceShowbiz –Selena Gomez couldn’t stop poking fun at her dating life. In a video posted on Thursday, June 8, the “Only Murders in the Building” actress hilariously shot her shot with a group of soccer players.
In the clip, which was shared on TikTok, the 30-year-old was seen watching a soccer game from the sidelines. “I’m single. I’m just a little high-maintenance. But I’ll love you soooo much,” she shouted while sitting comfortably against a chainlink fence.
Selena captioned the clip by writing, “The struggle man lol.”
Many were left amused by the video. Others, on the other hand, could relate to the clip with one commenting, “This is so real.” Another simply replied, “same.” Someone else exclaimed, “me too!”
Selena is no stranger to making fun of her own love life. When making her “Saturday Night Live” hosting debut back in May 2022, the singer joked that she’ll “take anyone” as her boyfriend.
“One reason I’ve been very happy to host is because I’m single,” the Rare Beauty founder said at the time. “And I’ve heard SNL is a great place to find romance.”
“Since I don’t want to get on the dating apps, I’m putting out into the universe that I’m manifesting love,” the former Disney star added. “I would like to say that I’m looking for my soulmate, but at this point I will take anyone.”
Selena, however, had been rumored to be dating Zayn Malik in recent months. In March, a TikTok user named Klarissa Garcia claimed that a friend, a hostess at a celebrity-loved Soho eatery, told her about the two stars’ date night.
Neither Selena nor Zayn confirmed the dating speculations. However, the TikTok video that Selena just shared proved that she’s not romantically involved with anyone.
