I'm a foodie and my mouth watering Air Fryer bread pudding recipe is to die for – it's super easy and tastes delicious | The Sun

A FOODIE has shared how to make a delicious bread pudding in your air fryer – and it takes just minutes.

Some days, nothing hits the spot quite like a hearty portion of bread pudding – and if today's one of them then this simple recipe is for you.

According to the author behind the dish – TikTok user John – you only need a couple of ingredients already sitting in your kitchen cupboard and fridge.

These, the foodie revealed in his video, include bread, two eggs, one spoonful of sugar, 200g of milk, as well as the star of the show – your air fryer.

Start by mixing the two eggs with some sugar before adding the milk and stir it well until combined.

Once done, grab a tin foil container and fill it with chunks of bread that you've torn.

Before placing it in the air fryer, pour the egg mixture and press it down with a spoon.

For extra sweetness, John also advised to sprinkle a layer of white sugar on top.

To cook it, the foodie instructed: ''Roast at 160C for 25 minutes.''

Needless to say, the mouth-watering recipe went down a treat on TikTok, where John posts under the username @niefeydmyqi.
