A WOMAN working out in her knickers was left mortified when she realised she forgot an important appointment.
TikTok user Bobbie Jordan posted a clip explaining the hilarious mishap that left her red in the face.
On her profile, Bobbie describes herself as a "female transformation coach" and regularly posts workout content, but she got a little more than she bargained for with this one.
In the video, she can be seen standing in skimpy grey pants and a black bra.
She stretches out her arms before looking to one side and jumping out of the frame.
As she moves, it becomes clear what she is reacting to.

Embarrassingly, Bobbie clearly forgot that the window cleaners were coming that day.
As she tries to hide out of sight, the footage shows a man washing the window at the far end of the hallway leading into the bedroom.
The mortified fitness enthusiast simply captioned the video: "Nah."
Commenters were quick to see the funny side of the error.
