Creed III is the third instalment of the Rocky spin-off franchise.

The movies follow the story of Adonis Johnson – the son of Rocky character Apollo Creed – who is played by Jordan.

Canelo, 32, will not be the first professional boxer to make his acting debut in the franchise.

Tony Bellew and Andre Ward made their first on-screen appearance for the first film, which was released in 2015.
