ITV HAVE today announced a major schedule shake-up for the Queen’s funeral – and ALL programming will be affected.
It comes after it was revealed by Buckingham Palace that Her Majesty's state funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey next Monday (September 19).
In what will be the largest outside broadcast in ITV's history, the event will be shown live and uninterrupted on their main channel and simultaneously on all of its digital channels from 6am until midnight.
The coverage will start on Good Morning Britain which will preview the funeral, before moving into their special programming.
Moving into the evening, ITV will broadcast a documentary film chronicling the events of the past ten days from Her Majesty The Queen’s death to the state funeral.
There will be a special programme focussing on the day’s events at 9pm followed by an extended News at Ten.

All of the day’s programming from 6am to midnight will be simulcast on all of ITV’s main channel and five digital channels and hub – the first time in its history ITV has done so.
Meanwhile, silence fell today as King Charles led the Queen's children behind their beloved mother's coffin in a solemn procession.
The Monarch looked emotional as he left Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh for St Giles' Cathedral.
The Queen's coffin arrived at the cathedral at around 3.15pm and was carried inside draped in the Royal Standard of Scotland.

On Saturday, King Charles III declared that Her Majesty's funeral will be a Bank Holiday, as the UK remains in a state of national mourning.
It means the public will get the chance to line the streets on London and pay their respects to the longest serving monarch in history.
The same day as the funeral, the Queen's coffin will be taken to St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle for a televised committal service.
Later in the evening, there will be a private interment service with senior members of the royal family.

The Queen's final resting place will be the King George VI memorial chapel, an annex to the main chapel – where her mother and father were buried, along with the ashes of her sister, Princess Margaret.
Philip's coffin will move from the Royal Vault to the memorial chapel to join the Queen's.
