Lorraine Kelly wasn't on screen on the Friday edition of her self-titled ITV morning show.

Instead, Christine Lampard stepped in to the hot seat to host the show to discuss various topics including rumoured I'm A Celeb contestants, relationships and the latest fashion.

While fans were thrilled to see Christine back on the show ahead of the Easter holidays, they were quick to question exactly where the usual host is.

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Where is she this time?", while another added: "Lmao no surprise Lorraine isn't presenting her own show."

Meanwhile a third person joked: "Lorraine's absentee record is reaching the point where HR should step in with an official warning."

Lorraine does take the occasional day off from her show, but that includes the school holidays which is a regular deal she has with ITV.

The host would be expected to take off the Easter holidays with her relief hosts taking over the show from next week, but she's also opted to take the Friday off too.

Lorraine hasn't posted about her day off, but she's now likely to be back after the half term while her fellow hosts step in.

Christine or Ranvir Singh are likely to be the hosts willing to step in in the ITV star's absence.

Christine joined Friday morning's show looking incredibly glamorous as the TV presenter opted for a sensational yellow floor-length frock.

Her outfit was paired with an equally glamorous makeup look as she opted for a dark hue on her eyelids and her brunette hair cascaded past her chest in a soft wave.

Fans of Christine always love to see her on the show.

The last time she appeared on Lorraine and shared a photo to Instagram her followers were quick to swoon over the star and share their support.

One user wrote: "You're so good doing Lorraine's show," while another said: "Love having you on the show."

Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV.
